Ten years across the Ecuadorian Amazon. Three Cooperation Tables. One MOONSHOT export company. Four investor playbooks. Now independent, building reporting and governance systems for DFI and INGO funded programs.

I work best with procurement and program leads inside DFIs and INGOs who know something is broken in their reporting or coordination and want an operator to diagnose exactly what, fix the scope, and ship the working version in weeks rather than quarters. I have done this inside Conservation International, FIEDS, COSPE, ITC (UN/WTO), the European Union NEXT programme, MAATE (Ecuador's Ministry of Environment), and the Achuar Nation through Fundación IKIAM.

I deliver one of three engagement shapes depending on where the question is: a three-week diagnostic with three prioritized recommendations and a steering-committee one-pager, a five-week reporting audit with a working v0 dashboard prototype, or an eight-week build with the platform deployed, the team trained, and the first 90 days of retainer attached. The client comes out of the engagement holding something that runs in production, not slideware.

I can begin most engagements within two to three weeks. I am taking one retainer client in Q3 2026 and scoping engagements at all three tiers remain open. I do not subcontract delivery, so capacity is the honest constraint: I run one engagement at a time, start to finish.

    Governance and Coordination

    Three Cooperation Tables across Morona Santiago, Orellana, and Sucumbíos, convened with Conservation International (Orellana, Sucumbíos) and Naturaleza y Cultura Internacional (Morona Santiago). Public sector, Indigenous authorities, NGOs, academia, and private sector at one table. Binational Indigenous coordination through Sacred Headwaters Alliance, 30 nations, 35M hectares.

    Finance and Impact Investing

    Research consultant on the Amazon Andes Fund pipeline for IMPAQTO Capital. Four investor-facing playbooks published 2025-2026. $1M articulated into the FIEDS-COSPE SEMBRAR project, $125K in founding capital raised, and ~250 rural producers trained in financial literacy and export readiness for ITC (UN/WTO) and EU NEXT Ecuador.

    Trade and Export

    MOONSHOT S.A. / Kitu Snacks, the food-export business I founded and run. Nine containers of Ecuadorian snacks shipped to Spain, $270K in EU export revenue. HACCP and BPM certified, EU food safety and customs requirements navigated as an exporter, not as a consultant reading the regulations. Operational and export proof, kept separate from the conservation work.

How I work

Fixed-fee, not day rates.

Pricing is visible up front. The combined deliverable value is what you are paying for, not my hours. If your procurement specifically requires day rates, we figure out how to fit on the working session.

AI as method, not product.

I do not sell “an AI tool.” I sell a system that uses AI where AI is the right answer and uses humans where humans are. Most of the work is the second category.

Field-tested before public.

If I publish a framework (Cooperation Table Blueprint, DFI Decoder, Power Mapping), I have used it at least three times in production first. The Hub publishes what survived contact with reality, not what I thought would work in theory.
